Chrit ("ribbon")
Diagonal bands of thick wool pile in ochre, forest green, grey, cream and rose run the length of this small Boujaad. Deep tufts alternate with flatter ground, so each stripe catches the light differently. Natural wool fringe is knotted at both ends. Soft underfoot and cheerful without being loud, for a doorway, a bedside or a reading corner.
